This is a court-authorized Class Notice of a proposed settlement in a class action lawsuit, In re: Vivendi Ticketing US LLC, d/b/a See Tickets Data Security Incident, No. 2:23-cv-07498, currently pending in the District Court for the Central District of California. The proposed settlement would resolve a lawsuit that alleges that See Tickets was negligent and breached contractual and statutory duties in connection with a data security incident that See Tickets disclosed in September 2023. See Tickets contests these claims and denies that it did anything wrong. The Class Notice explains the nature of the class action lawsuit, the terms of the settlement, and your legal rights and obligations.
